The Diploma in Catering Assistant programme is a practical oriented programme provides chance for the self-employment opportunities to the learners to meet out the unemployment problems. This programme has been designed to provide food production, larder work and presentation Baker and patisserie etc. After completion of this programme the student have a bright future for employment. This is a 36 credits programme consists of following five courses.
