The School of Journalism and New Media Studies was instituted in December 2008. The School plans to offer Certificate, Diploma, Graduate and Post Graduate level programmes in Journalism and New Media Studies. The School has an Electronic Media Production and Research Centre (EMPRC) which has been equipped with a state-of-the-art studio, multi switch camera and edit suites, to produce broadcast quality audio and video programmes. The School is involved in producing e-content materials for the consumption of the students. |
