  • Earlier served as Senior Lecturer in the Department of Psychology, Presidency College, Chennai-5, Faculty - HRD, VGP School of Management and Chief Testing Officer, Juvenile  Graduation Bureau.

 
  • Obtained Ph.D in the Organisational Behaviour from  University of Madras.  

 
  • Post Graduate in Industrial Psychology, Graduate in Law.

 
  • Recognised M.Phil. Guide for Annamalai, Bharathiar and Mother Teresa Universities.
  • Recognised Ph.D Guide for Mother Teresa & Vinayaga Mission Universities.

 
  • Guided 12 M.Phil Students. Currently guiding 24 students
  • Guiding 4 Ph.D students

 
  • Areas of interest: Training, Organisational Development, Psychological Assessment, Leadership Studies, and Marketing Research.

 
  • Presented 13 papers in the International and National level conferences (Bankok-UNESCO, Singapore-APA).
